Shipping and Returns Policies
Domestic Shipping
Standard Delivery –$8
Express Shipping –$40
- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will incur $10 additional charge. We offer Standard Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii only.
- Orders placed before 9am EST from Monday to Friday will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 9am EST will be shipped the following day.
- Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. You may select from Standard (4-20 days), or Express (1-2 business days on orders placed prior to 9am) delivery. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping. Please note that credit card authorization may take up to 24 hours.
- Orders that are refused will be charged with original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the ‘Terms and conditions of Service’ as detailed on UPS.com.

International Shipping
Economy International Delivery (Canada) – $35
** Additional $10 in shipping for every incremental item (ex. 1st pair = Total shipping $35, 2 pairs = Total shipping $45)
Economy International Delivery (All others) –$45
** Additional $10 in shipping for every incremental item (ex. 1st pair = Total shipping $45, 2 pairs = Total shipping $55)
ShopZoey.com offers an Economy international shipping method to our customers located in foreign countries outside the United States. Economy international shipping is strictly done through United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are shipped via Priority Mail International. Please allow us up to 7 days to pull, inspect and to pack your order. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. USPS lists Priority Mail International shipments taking 6-10 days, but please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Customs and other cross-country issues can possibly delay your shipment.
International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees: We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Free Shipping over $75 is valid only within the Continental United States.
Orders that are refused will be charged with original shipping plus return shipping to us.

Return Policies
ShopZoey wants you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the ship date. Simply fill out the return form on the back of your invoice and send us the item.

We must receive the items back in an unworn condition with its original packaging material within 14 days of the purchase. Please do NOT tape up the shoe box to return footwear. Returns received without original box will be subject to 20% restocking fee based on the total price including shipping. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt of package through original payment method. Please note that you are responsible for your return shipping costs and shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges
Need another size or a different item? We are happy to exchange your order and we will ship your new item for FREE via standard shipping. (Note. Free standard shipping for exchanges are only for domestic orders. International exchanges will be charged for standard international shipping charge.) If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you give us a call to hold the item(s) you want. This way, you will know for sure that your new size or the new item is not sold out. As soon as we receive your return, we will ship the new size or item.
Returns
We recommend that you send back your return with insurance. In the rare case of loss during shipping, you will be protected with the insurance. Returns will be processed 5 days of receipt of package through original payment method. Shipping and handing charges are not refundable. Please keep in mind that it may take 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.
